The following are a collection of tips, suggestions, considerations, words of wisdom, etc. They are based on the experiences of numerous ultra-runners, stage racers and others and represent a large body of collective thought. They have been gathered here for simplicity and to provide the new (and perhaps the experienced) stage racer access to hard learned lessons which are not readily available anywhere else.
